Registration

Welcome to the registration site for exhibition and sponsorships. There is no official booking deadline for booths and business tables. The allocation will be made by the Organizers and is handled on a first-come first-serve basis.

Please notice that this is a request for booths and business tables and a final confirmation will be forwarded together with an invoice and Terms & Conditions which we will ask you to sign and return to the Organizer. When the exhibition area is sold out, no registrations can be handled anymore. We therefore strongly recommend you to book the booths at your earliest convenience.

If you wish to participate in the Exchange Day, book accommodation, lunch and Gala dinner, you will have to make a separate registration on the Registration Exchange Day.

The online registration has now been closed. Onsite registration takes place on Thursday 15 October, 2009 9am-5pm at Hilton Meetings, Copenhagen Airport Terminal 3, 4. floor and Friday October 16 from 8.00 o’clock at the Bella Center. Please expect delays for onsite registration. We accept the following payments: Credit Cards, Danish kroner and EUROS.
