Registration

Registration Fees:
Early Registration Fee (until 31 July, 2009): 200,00 EUR (incl. 25% Danish VAT)

Late Registration Fee (from 1 August, 2009): 225,00 EUR (incl. 25% Danish VAT)

Gala Dinner: 187,50 EUR (incl. 25% Danish VAT)

Exchange lunch: 50,00 EUR (incl. 25% Danish VAT)

Pre-Registration Deadline:
9 October, 2009 After this date no pre-registrations online can be handled anymore. The onsite-registration is open on 15 October, 2009, from 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM hours at Hilton Copenhagen Airport and 16 October from 8.00 AM at Bella Center.

Cancellations:
A refund of the registration fees less an administrative fee of 50,00 EUR will be made if a written cancellation is received until August 31, 2009. Thereafter no refunds can be made.

All cancellations or changes have to be made in writing to NGH.

Exhibition/Sponsoring

Please note that you have to purchase an entrance ticket for participating in the European Commodities Exchange.
You can easily book this ticket by clicking on "Registration Exchange Day".

Booking Deadline:
There is no official booking deadline for booths and business tables. The allocation of stands is handled on a first come first serve basis. When the exhibition area is sold out, no registrations can be handled anymore. We therefore strongly recommend, to book the stands at your earliest convenience.

Additional charge for bookings on or after 30 June, 2009: 20% to all bookings

Cancellations:
A refund of the total amount invoiced, less an administrative fee of 15% (of the total amount invoiced) will be made if a written cancellation is received until 31 May, 2009. If the written cancellation is received after May 31, but until 31 July, 2009, the total amount which was invoiced less an administrative fee of 50% (of the total amount invoiced) can be refunded.After 31 July, 2009 no refunds can be made.
All cancellations or changes have to be made in writing to NHG.

Hotel bookings

Booking Deadline:
1 July, 2009
After this date, additional bookings / changes can only be handled according to availability.

Please note that hotel reservations can only be made within the following dates:

Arrival date: 15 October, 2009
Departure date: 17 October, 2009
All divergent bookings can only be handled according to availability of rooms.

Cancellations:
For hotel reservation changes or cancellations, received until 1 March, 2009, no costs apply.
For hotel reservation changes or cancellations, received after 1 March, until 1 July, 2009, an administrative fee of 20,00 EUR (incl. 25% Danish VAT) per room applies.

For cancellations received after 1 July, 2009, the full room rate applies.

All cancellations or changes have to be made in writing to NHG.

Invoice

Each invoice will be charged an administrative fee on 15,00 Euro excl. Danish VAT (18,75 Euro incl. 25 % Danish VAT)

Payment:

Payment must be made within 5 days after receipt of invoice.

Credit card:
In connection with your registration NHG will charged your credit card for the invoiced amount.

The use of credit cards will be charged a fee on 3,75 %.

Liability
Neither the organizer (DAKOFO) nor NHG can neither be hold responsible for any personal injury, accident, damage, nor else or for additional expenses incurred as a result of changes of dates/venue
